Yes, it is actually an ice barrel, with a capacity of 50 kg, in which ZERO ice cream is prepared, with natural, carefully chosen ingredients that meet high quality standards. A large stainless steel pot is placed in the barrel in which the full-fat milk and cream for each assortment are mixed, until the contents freeze.
“It is a business that I started to show people that Romanians can do something other than import things. I set out to bring tradition into modernity. I started in 2011, with some ice cream trucks that I used to drive between blocks of flats in Bucharest. Not having too many events, I told myself that I had to find something, something that I could go to the heart with”, confesses Adrian.
